Fishing Forum

Put in at Riverpark for a couple of hours on the river. Current was moving pretty good, and the wind was out of the south. Ran down to Chattanooga, and fished shallow all day. Mostly pitched a Strike King 1.5 square bill. Caught most of my fish in less than 10', behind something to break the current, logs, rocks, barge tie up's. Had two that were barely legal, the rest were shorts. Both largies and smallies were shallow. Water was 53 -55.<br />While I was putting in, a guy caught a 5#, 22" smallmouth on a "A" rig fishing from the Riverpark dock waiting for his buddy to get there with the boat. Took some photo's for him, hope he posts.
