Fished Deer Creek on Thursday. Went up mid morning and started fishing a new prototype jig, 3rd cast caught a spawned out female right at 20'''. Then preceded to catch smaller males til my time ran out. I was fishing the southern end near the dam, saw a few boats out trolling and didnt witness any catches. This morning when I drove by, I couldnt believe the amount of boats out there this early in the season. It looked like march madness out there.
