Fished with large dodgers ahead of a wedding ring tipped with big gulp waxies on a downrigger.

No bites.

Marked just a ton of fish all day holding between 50-80'. Talked to another guy who said he had the same experience, tons of fish marked but couldn't persuade anything to nibble.

Pictures of the reservoir attached but, unfortunately, no fish

Water temp was around 48 degrees, I believe, and it was sunny with occasional winds up to 5 or so mph.

Road up was a little bumpy but just fine.

The reservoir is over 110% capacity and water is flying out of the damn - I've never seen that much water pressure out of a reservoir outlet before.

i would bet the stained water is having a effect on the but up there

stained water on the but usually doesn't work out too well up there.

It was the first launch area with the official DWR boat launch signs. I believe it was just west of the large boat launch that most people launch from.
