Put the wrong date. Not 22nd of April but 18th.<br /><br />Was able to put in a few hours after work before the storms hit the Soddy area. There were many pro boats in the area practicing for the upcoming FLW Costa event. Used drop shot worms, some other plastics but mostly jigs with assorted trailers. Nothing caught fire and I tried to stay away from obvious beds so they could work their springtime magic. Only caught a couple of bass - all smaller than 2.5 pounds or less. This was from about 5ish to 7ish pm<br /><br />Best fishing was off the back of the houseboat during the storm back at the marina. Went from zero to 60 mph it seems like . Had several good sized crappie around 9pm when the thunder was rolling.
