beautiful day to be out. but didn't have much time so I took a quick run down to the bird refuge was fishing for bait (carp) when I hooked another 26.5 inch walleye. did get a carp but the cats weren't very hungry today. only found one 22 in. River is slowing down but still need a good size sinker to keep the bait from being dragged to the bank.

Nice! I was out there yesterday and from past trips it seems like the cats are getting a little more active. The bugs are starting to come out in full force though. Nice catch.
