So we will be camping around east canyon this weekend. My father in law really wants to go fishing. I haven't really fished there and he broke his back a few years ago so he has a very hard time getting around. I will be bringing up my little 12 foot aluminum boat but I'm not sure ihg he can even get Into it.
Any tips on where to go that's relatively easy to get to the shore.? Whay to use? What about if we can get out on the little boat?
I really wish I had a bigger boat to get him out Saturday!

If you have your boat, just put in at the Marina boat ramp....good docks there so you can help him get in and out....for your first time I'd just fish right of the boat ramp(as you're going out) along the shore line, toward the dam, and especially near the points...troll with silverish Rapalla, rainbow Needlefish (Luhr-Jensen) or other rainbow spoon....or just stop and dunk power bait....Guluk....

Thanks for the input. It sucks not having the full-size boat to take him out on so hopefully we can find somewhere comfortable for him to fish from.
