What is the orange feather with the variegated center used to tie the orange blossom special fly called, and where to buy the feathers?

Try bass pro shops online. Strung hackles in orange.

Looks like a dyed orange hackle tip from an Indian neck, probably a badger dyed orange. I bet Fish Tech has some. If not, they can certainly order some.

Thanks for the tip. I didn't know it was a badger. I tried all the shops to no avail. I finally found one on Ebay. A coq de leon badger dyed bright orange. Every time I need something I only need a few feathers and I end up with a cape. Welcome to the club I guess. By the time I cash in I'll have a warehouse full of fly tying gear.
