Bluebird skies, hot and dri with full bore sun and little to no wind. Started at 8 and fished till 2.Put in at CFP. I found wall to wall carpet fish sitting under the shad schools 1st thing and should have went deep early and dropped down on them but... H<br />Went shallow and had 3 shorts and a keeper jumped off. Oh-and that magic tree that won me #11? Should&#39;ve stayed home today- end report.
