Day 1 - We got here around lunch time today and got on the water around 2pm. Was expecting a tough day, but turned out pretty good. We caught about 12 total. We caught them on lipless crankbaits on wind blown banks, and jigs off of any wood we came to. Most were around 1.5 lbs with the largest being 4.7 lbs. our 5 biggest weighed in at a little over 11lbs. Caught all of them within 10 minutes of island cove. Hoping to explore tomorrow and find some grass mats.
