I thought I would post a quick report on our outing Thursday morning to Rockport. We started trolling at about 7:45 AM along the southeast shore. We had a very consistent action, including several doubles and even a couple of triples, using flashers, pop gear and night crawler harnesses. Most of the fish were caught between five and 18 feet deep. We kept the seven biggest fish, ranging from 17 to 23 inches. And we released probably 15 to 20 smaller fish as well. We fished until about 1230 when it was time to go for Thanksgiving dinner.

The weather was beautiful, very little wind, and a great day overall. I am hoping to get the boat out one more time, if the weather continues to be this nice.
