I don't know about the catching but I drove up there after fishing Pineview today. Looked like a foot or two of water on the edges. There was one guy fishing the arm by the inlet but didn't see anyone else out. I don't know how much water normally comes in the inlet, but there was quite a bit of open water there with water flowing in pretty good.

The inlet from the scout camp or the inlet to the east?
Anyone been up to Causey? How’s the ice, how’s the catching?
I fished Causey on the 11th, ice is in good shape at least 12" near the dam. Fishing was slow for me.
It was overcast and no fish caught. Tried 6'-35' in depth near edges. I felt like they just weren't moving.
There has been some nice fish caught at Causey this year by some.
I got on without a plank but it wouln't hurt to take a 8' board to make sure no one gets wet feet.
