Spent about an hour on the Pelican Beach at Willard north. Pretty morning, no fish. Went up to the Bear River Bird Refuge bridges at the bottom end, some ice along the edges in a few places, water level about the same as in was back in October. Couple small nibbles but no hook takers. Something being built on the south bank of the river just east of the bridge.
No fish caught, but was a pretty day to get out of the house awhile.
