The DWR fishing report says that there is more open water on those ponds.

Has anyone been by either one of them to see how much open water there is?

If there is shore line access to the water we are looking to put a tube in and get some exercise.[]

Me and my buddy went to check mill meadow on Friday and there was a good mix of thin ice and open water. On Friday night there was shore access, maybe 50 percent was open and the rest was iced but the night temps have been low for the last couple of days so there might not be much now.
