Fished just off the boat ramp and a little to the west. Ice is 6” and in good shape. Road to marina snow packed but also good. Probably need 4WD tho. Fishing was slow. Marked fish and hooked a few but didn’t land any. White tube jig tipped with crawler and ice flies tipped with wax worm. Even saw some swimming past our holes. No one else having luck either. Sunrise was incredible.

I feel your pain....buddy and I were there also, maybe a little East of ramp area, thought we were far enough away from all else, but we gradually had lots of company - fishermen - not fish.....we left at 1100 and tried Mud Creek bay area....not much better, but I landed 1 very large 'bow, currently in the smoker....otherwise no other action for us either, or anyone else we talked to.....slow day for sure...Guluk....

Welcome to BFT and thanks for the report... I'm glad to hear the ice is getting towards a good safe thickness... I like to take the sled when I go down so it's nice to hear it's getting close to the 6" mark... Thanks J

The ice was good. We did have one tech tonic shift which scared my grandson but I assume it is because the ice is getting stronger. It did rumble my ice shack.
