I got the opportunity to take out 3 gentlemen from Atlanta, Ga. for some aggressive Swimjig action on Lake Guntersville today, and the fish didn't disappoint. They might not have been able to get the "Big G HAWG" they were looking for but the numbers of quality fish made up for it in a big way. We could also talk about the couple of true "big-uns" that did put on a show and came off at the boat, but we will avoid that conversation for now. These guys had a fantastic time with swimming jigs through shallow grass and just how aggressively the fish will attack this bait, that also included a couple of doubles to top off a great time. The water is up even more from yesterday and has also gotten a little more stained, and with the stained water the fish are a lot less spooky and more aggressive in these shallow areas. Have some fun! Mike Carter
