Hey guys can you point me in a direction to get on some cats at either lake Lowell or on the snake river near marsing or homedale? I'm here for the weekend visiting from Utah and would like to catch some of these big Idaho cats I keep hearing about

If you go to lowell just put on a 4/0 hook and a chunk of trout cut bait about the size of a quarter maybe a pinch bigger. Drag it along the shoreline of the trees on the south side.
