Took the crew out on Mantua Sunday morning. Didn't get an early start, but the lake was calm, a few boats and noisemakers out.

Tried jigging in the southern weeds, mostly caught green fish. So we moved over to the knoll and pitched to the rocky shores. Jigs, bobbers, spinners, and worms. We tried a number of different flavors and colors. From worms to gulp maggots to powerbait.

I'm glad to say everyone brought something into the boat, from Crawfish to Bluegills, Green Sunfish, and a couple LM Bass. Kids did great and nobody got thrown overboard or hooked, so I call it a success!
