I like fishing a topwater frog in summer days. Though it’s designed to be weedless, I still lost many. This may be the only issue I met with when frog fishing.
Now I’m fishing on a budget, so I get some cheap but really works alternatives. My pb bass was caught on one popper frog from a $12 frog kit of 5 pack. It works really well, got bite on its first cast. These frogs catch fish not fisherman.
