that might be nice -- but I'd gently request that when you request info on "where to go" and you place a restriction such as "within 4 hours", then please include the "from" portion of that request.

It's really easy to help people when you have the right info. It's really hard to help people when they aren't specific with their request.

So true. And when I request such information I'm afraid it sounds like I'm being sharp with them, when all I want to do is offer help and advice.
