I drove up to Pineview Reservoir today and it is capped with a thin layer of ice! There are a few open spots and it is wide open around the dam area (mostly after the buoys).

I also made it up to Causey Reservoir today. It is capped, i'm not sure how thick the ice is. It looks like there were a few brave ice fisherman out recently but it was pretty quite when I was up there!

Yesterday, I went up to Hyrum Reservoir and it is about 80% capped. I am not sure on the thickness, maybe .5- to 1-inch.

I don't know about Pineview or Causey but Hyrum has some great cameras that allow you to check the ice before you drive on up there. They can be seen at:
