Hi all, As you can see I’m new to this site. I see anglers inquiring about some of the bodies of water that l like to go fish, asking about ice conditions and such. I’ll try my best to keep you all posted on what I’m seeing or hearing. I spend most of my time fishing, Otter Creek, Panguitch Lake, Forsyth, Fish Lake, Mill Meadow (new to Mill Meadow)
I gave on update on Mill Meadow post.
Forsyth, was iced over pushing 10 inches of ice on the east shoreline, I seen where people had been fishing to the north on the north gravel bar. I didn’t do any fishing there today I’ve always had my best luck first thing in the morning.
Otter Creek, has started off slow. What few fish I’ve seen have been in the 15-18 inch range fat and healthy. The west side has 4-5 inches of ice so far.
Fish Lake is still open water. Ice has formed at Doctor Creek and The Neck on the north end of the lake. The main body is still open.
Panguitch Lake, I’ve heard there is fishable ice and use extreme caution since some areas are thinner than others. Fishing has been good. I’m hoping to make a run down there tomorrow so more to come on that.
