Heading to Scofield in the morning. Anyone heard if the slush monster is out and about down there? Any recent fishing reports?

Went out to the east side of the island in 15 fow. Fishing was steady till about noon from 3’ down to 10’ White paddle bugs or jigs with worm, wax worm and/or powerbait all seemed to work well. Nothing over 17-18”, but no chubs!! 👍. With me and my two girls we iced ~40, our group as a whole well over 100. One tiger and a few bows, but mostly cutts. Slush was found about half way to the island in spots, wasn’t bad until we headed back about 1pm. Everything was getting soft and wet.. Ice was 8-9”
