Here is a simple, delicious recipe for tuna casserole that your whole family will love!
2 cans of tuna, drained
1 box Color Trio Pasta
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
½ cup sliced mushrooms
1 can of Early Peas
2 cups shredder cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups crushed potato chips
Boil pasta until tender, but slightly firm. Drain excess water from pasta. In a large mixing bowl, stir pasta, tuna, Cream of Mushroom Soup, mushrooms and early peas together. Spray a baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray, and pour noodle mixture into dish. Cover the casserole with shredded cheddar cheese and top with the crushed potato chips.
Cook the casserole in a preheated oven at 325 for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and potato chips are golden brown.
