2018 I drew my second Expo Tag, Any Weapon Central Manti Elk Tag. I hired Shane Scott Outfitters and had a great time... I just wanted a respectable bull. Not much into waiting for a monster. When he stepped out I had about a minute to decide and I could not pass this bull up.
