ONCE YOU LAND ONE OF THESE BIG MONSTERS YA GOTTA WHACK THEM ON THE HEAD SO THEY WILL PERISH IN A STRAIT LINE FOR CLEANING , OTHERWISE THEY WILL CURL UP LIKE AN EEL . KINDA HARD TO CLEAN THEM THAT WAY . A QUICK CATFISH PEEL IS NEEDED TO GET THE SKIN OFF AND USE WIRE CUTTERS ON THE FINS , CUT OUT THE BACKSTRAPS AND FRY JUST LIKE YOU WOULD YOUR WALLEYE OR KITTENS . YOU CAN BOIL AND CHUNK UP THE BACKSTRAPS , DIP THEM IN SOME MELTED BUTTER AND YOU WOULD SWEAR YOUR EATIN THAT $14.00 A POUND LOBSTER TAIL .

THER'S BEEN A LOT MORE INTREST IN THIS ONCE HATED FISH , HECK THERE'S MORE FISHING CLUBS STARTING UP EVERY YEAR THAT TARGET THIS SPECIES OF FISH . WETHER YOU GE A LIL' OLD 14" FISH OR A BIG OLD FIVE FOOTER , YOUR IN FOR A BATTLE .

AND FOR US BOWHUNTERS , WELL COME GET YOUR PRE-SEASON PRACTICE IN . HEY , YOU NEVER KNOW THIS MAY BE THE NEXT NEW SPORTSFISH TO HIT THE MARKET .
