Got out of PC at 0800...very busy at the ramp. Fished the channel until 1030. Water temp about 59F and 5 mph wind from the north. Fished the shallows and deeper against the rocks. I’m ashamed to say I got skunked. Threw a small jig, Carolina rig lizard, square bill, jerk bait and trap....nothing. I got some hits on the jig but nothing in the boat. Interesting is that with all the ramp traffic, there was virtually no one fishing the channel...must have all been in the creek. I know the bass are out there and semi-active but I don’t have the secret yet. Good luck.
