Full Version: Colorful fish I saw in the Crete Sea?

Unfortunately I don’t have pictures because I was swimming, but in the shallow waters off the coast of Mykonos, Greece, and saw the most beautiful rainbow-colored fish. It was 4-6 inches in length, shaped like a slender goldfish/koi, with orange and purple spots on its head, green and yellow body, and blue tail. It kept darting out from under a rock to feed on kelp and other marine plants. I assumed it was the male because there was a smaller (perhaps female) light green fish that was constantly feeding on kelp with it. It was breathtaking and I really would love to put a name to
