Good morning,
We are again hosting a perch fishing tournament at Cascade on Saturday, June 22nd.
The tournament is called "Holly's Dream - A Tournament for Juvenile Type One Diabetes Research" It's a charity tournament and ALL money raised goes to JDRF - the global leader in juvenile type one diabetes research. Last year this event raised over $8,000 for JDRF.
It's a team style (2-3 person teams) boat tournament and each team will weigh their best 10 perch. Guaranteed $1,000 to win and $500 for 2nd thanks to Lithia Ford Boise. Further payout based on number of teams.
There will be an awards banquet with a catered BBQ dinner to all participants at the Cascade American Legion after the weigh in. We have a pile of raffle prizes, coolers, and guided trips to give away along with some cool trophies.
