I just read this on Wayne's Words website. Mussels are such a big - and growing - problem that they are introducing new decontamination rules, as well as exploring the use of private contractors to increase their capacity to decontaminate boats. Read the details here:

Life is just to short - for me - to have to deal with that situation. And from that report, it doesn't look like it's going to improve anytime soon.
