Hit deer Creek with the kids trolling around first thing in the morning. Caught some nice fat rainbows on the rapalas and spinners. But the bite died around 730 didn’t catch any after that. We tried some cowbells and a jet diver to get it down deeper but no luck with that. Nice day though fun with the kids.

tks for the report on Deer Creek....always great to get kids out....I'm taking a buddy and his 2 little boys to East Canyon on Wed....They've never fished from a boat,so I'll have my hands full dealing with all their issues....If anyone sees my boat going around in circles out there, sorry -- but maybe that'll mean we're having fun catching a fish or two.....Guluk...

We bounced a 1oz. Crocodile off a windshield one day they kept their distance after that.
