I mostly use clear. In the waters I fish clear or light blue gets the job done.
I havent used the red line, but it disappears in 3 feet of water.

1. Clear in fresh water
1. green in Salt water
2. I've used the Cajun red.
3. The strength and low memory are there as compared to other brands. I would not suggest it for panfish during the warmer water seasons. It tends to scare them off if they are top hitters.

I USE CLEAR AND GREEN. I JUST SEEN THE RED IN A MAGAZINE AND AM GOING TO ORDER SOME. I PUT YELLOW ON THE WIFE AND KIDS POLES ITS EASIER FOR ME TO KEEP TRACK OF WHERE THEIR LINES ARE,

I use mostly clear. But if in a bind where the clear isn't in stock for the line I seek, I have used clear blue, and light green. I prefer the green over the blue. Never tried any of the red line.

tubeN2, did you knotice any more/less hits while fishing deep with the red line, does it really disapear like their little video shows?

It seemed to be pretty much the same as far as hits go. The color that they have in there is more to help us see the location of the line better when it's outside of the water.
Have you ever seen those charter boats that go out with 100 people on board, all fishing at the same time??? A few different colors of line would sure make it easier to identify a hook up.

[#ff4040]I usually use Stren Magnathin in color "walleye" (kinda light green)since I target mainly wally's. For other fish I usually use clear.[/#ff4040]
