I was hoping to take my kids for one last ice trip up to Pinview at Browning Point this Sunday. Can anyone give me an update on the ice condtions and edges? I am wondering if I need to go purchase a board to help bridge the gap. Thanks for your help!
Look for North facing slopes to enter that is your best bet but a plank would definitely be a safer bet. I haven't been to Pineview for a while but I have still been able to access Echo on North facing banks with not to much problem even this morning.
The narrows were still good tonight. Did not check Browning, however.
