Does anyone know if non-residents can purchase an Idaho fishing license.

I'm planning my annual trip to fish with my brother and I would like it to be legal.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Nonresident permits are still not available for purchase, and not sure when they will be available again.

Nonresident permits are going back on sale on May 16 at 10 am.
