has any one hit the ole bass ponds off i80 and the rest area lately? i havent been in a few years and was wondering if there was any fish still in there? also if youve been to grantsville res how is that? i moved out that way and never fished there, from reports online it seems full of smallmouth but i drove by last night and looked like about 40 people drowning worms or powerbait.

I haven't hit the bass pond off I80 for years. The rest area is currently closed due to them starting road work. Been a few weeks since I hit grantsville but there are plenty of smallmouth in there.

well guess ill have to give grantsvillle a try this week, any recommendations on where to fish there? i was going to rig up 1 drop shot and 1 3" changable craw maniac minnow....
