Made this out of PVC piping (TubeDude's material of choice) for about $25. Holds 2-3 Kokanee rods. I had the strap-carrier, but a strap could be attached using pop-rivets. A great way to protect my more delicate Kokanee rods.

Pretty darn sharp looking. I bet they would float long enough to make a quick retrieval if you have one of those oh crap moments
