Fished Rockport yesterday.  We were catching a few perch when this guy showed up.  It took us a minute to get it in the boat.  This smallmouth bass was a best for me at 16".  I didn't have a scale so I'm not sure of the weight but he was as fat as a football!  We caught a few smaller bass, but nothing like this one.

Got to love it when them toads hammer ya. Nice

That’s a beauty! Always fun to reel in those bigger bass.
