My nephew and I met 2knotts and his friend at the second launch area at Mackay. We got there in the dark with the temperature hovering around 0 making everything harder, I could have arrived a couple hours later as the fish didn’t show up until it was light, we caught our limits of small Kokanee, see my report from last Saturday 11/26 for details. I only got a couple trout today, I didn’t bother with pictures today. I hope 2knotts post a picture of a dandy rainbow he got.
Thanks for setting up the trip Shawn, it was awesome and the company was great, looking forward to the next trip. Although small the koke bite was very good, lots of misses to get one landed but made for a fun day. As Shawn mentioned I did get a dandy bow along with all the kokes which was icing on the day. Total for the day was 28 kokes, 2 bows and a brookie, did release 3 smaller kokes

Nice going you two, that Bow makes the rest of those fish look tiny, did you measure that big one Alan?

When he got close to the hole the action stated before that he just wanted to stay toward the bottom
