Okay... It's been a while, and I'm not as young as I was last year! I've got a couple questions... How do I sign up for the catfishing contest? I also have a 14 year old grandson who is just starting to get into catfishing with me. Can it be a team? Can we set up his own profile name to go along with mine? Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thank You from Bigger Bait & grandson (yet to choose his name)

Forest the lower tip of tail looks like 21.5 to me. Good job!!
I was looking at the other tail tip, that had just BARELY hit the 21.0 mark. I'll take the 21.5, thanks.

No, not 24, more like 22.5. After a post from Paul, I started looking thru my phone and my email. I found the deleted photo and was able to save it. After looking at it closer and enlarged, I can see that what I thought was the tail at 22.5, is actually the shadow of the tail. After releasing that Cat I realized that the steel measuring stick is pretty covered with dried Cat slime, and some of the numbers are almost worn off. I cleaned it up, and wrote over the worn numbers with a Sharpie, but didn't photo it. I'll need to go get a new one, or build a new bump board for the boat. One that is easy to see the numbers, and more compact than the one I use for the river.

Willard Bay
21.5"
Difficult to see the worn numbers. Will accept whatever score Jeff approves.
Unaltered photo
added number marks with photo editor above illegible numbers. Line at tail is at about 21.75 actual, so only 21.5 for contest.
Forest I’m good with 21.5 points. Congrats.

I know. I always have a yardstick and a tape measure with me so if I get a big one I can lay one of them down on top of the Trough. I'd like to look at what you are referring to at Lowe's. Can you give me details on how to find it?

You've got some great equipment there. I'm still looking for my ideal board. Mine would include something to hold the fish in place. Think I'll try some straps this year and see they work.
