Thanks Craig, there are many things in Cutler, but not easy to target specific species. There are 9 species that you have a reasonable chance of catching, see Ahi’s post for 4 or 5 species, I’d say bullheads, channels, carp, walleye, LMB, SMB, sunfish, bluegill, crappie are catchable, perch, trout, whitefish and suckers have been caught in the last year, but they are very rare. And I’ve probably simplified trout too much, I have heard of rainbow, brown and cutthroats caught over the years but rare. Was a rumor of a tiger musky caught, but I didn’t see a picture so I haven’t counted that one. The other fish were all caught by folks I knew or I seen pictures so I believe all of them. Anyway it’s kind of fun to have a chance to catch something interesting up here. Thanks again. Jeff

Hey believe it or not, last night I wasn’t spoken for some other thing so I ran down to the pond. Found a few smallies and a mud cat but no channels. Still fun to get free for a change. Hey did my LMB from Newton count on a post or two up from this one. Guess I need to go looking for trout sometime. The way the water situation looks I may be done farming early this year. Hope I can find a pond with a fish left after the drawdown. Going to be a tough year for farming. Later Jeff
