I can't find one, so I thought I would ask the group. Is there a source to find out the current water elevation of bodies of water.
I have a toy I have not used and would like to start mapping some of the lakes in Utah (most are not mapped on the fish finders). If I record it with the water level 20' low, I need to correct with a depth off-set.
Yes, the Central Utah one has the data I am looking for.
Deer Creek
Wasatch County
(All Data is Provisional)
Reservoir Elevation (ft)
06/07/2021 10:10
5402.09
I must be missing something on the
https://www.usbr.gov/uc/water/basin/site. I see percent full, but not actual surface elevation. Can you direct me to that part of the Tea Cup data?
Thanks.
Try the BOR site that I included.
From the dashboard you can access the information.
Your welcome.
Good luck with your project.

Thanks, it will be a long work in progress, but many of our Utah Lakes are not mapped out (topographically speaking). Navonics and Lake Master maps do a great job back east, or on the West Coast, but outside of Pine View, Strawberry, Powell, and maybe a couple of others, we are fishing pretty much blind.
I wish I had unlimited time and money to do all of them, or even part of most of them, but when I fish I can map out at least the part I fish for future use.
