Just finished watching a video made by the people who run the main marina at Strawberry Reservoir and it is capped with 1 inch of ice. He thinks that by Christmas it will have people out fishing on it.

I just drove by Strawberry a couple hours ago. There is a lot of ice forming but still a lot of open water in the main lake and in the Ladders area.
