On April 30, 2022, the Grand Strand Saltwater
Anglers Association will be hosting it's 19th Annual Flounder Tournament in Murrells Inlet, SC. [font="Times New Roman", serif]2022 brings about new conservation changes to our event. This will be a [/font]Live-Release Tournament. This is a well attended, well advertised event and
is the first large scale fishing tournament of the year in Murrells Inlet. [font="Times New Roman", serif]Many anglers and their families consider this the official start of spring. We [/font][font="Times New Roman", serif]are hoping you would like to take part in this great event. The largest [/font][font="Times New Roman", serif]flounder caught and released alive takes home first prize of $1,500.00. The [/font][font="Times New Roman", serif]tournament has a total of over $5,000.00 in prizes and that does not include [/font]the basket raffles with each basket having items totaling over a $100.00 in [font="Times New Roman", serif]value. Conversation of the marine environment is our passion. The[/font]
proceeds from this event help us continue our support of the proceeds also [font="Times New Roman", serif]help us to contribute to the Coastal Carolina University Scholarship fund for [/font][font="Times New Roman", serif]Marine Science students.[/font]
