Full Version: Shaded silver star wrap

Here’s a rod I’m still working on, but getting close to finishing it. It’s hard to see the shaded side
but there is a darker silver on the left sides of the star. Still have a musky skeleton weave to do
in the split part of the handle.

Thanks you guys, I really can’t wait to finish this rod, I’m making this one for me. I have way too many hours into this one. It has a wooden split handle, the wood is called Purple Heart, that’s what the label said anyway, it looked purple when I bought it but when I turned it on the lathe it came out more of a reddish color, I think it looks awesome. It weighs about the same as a full cork handle .
