Any open boating water on the gorge??? 

I figure no but was watching youtube videos showing someone last year fishing from a boat at this time!!

Don has been doing regular ice updates at FG.

Nope, still tons of ice everywhere and no open ramps.

Good news is the the run off will be later and we should hold water throughout the summer!!

There's about a 450 acre patch of open water down by the dam and up to yesterday you could launch at Mustang Ridge. With the snow accumulating, the ramp is likely snow covered again. It supposed to be 40-50 degrees by the weekend so it should burn off pretty quick. Not a lot of soft water to fish, but it's a start.

This was just over 2wks ago at Stateline. I doubt it's melted to much
