Oh my was it cold. Forgot our gloves and hats so we only played fish for an hour. Lots of wind.Cookie got a  nice bow. Thought about the smoker but my hands were so frozen that I let him go.

She got him on a high low rig with power bait.

I tried jigging but to no avail.

Fished just south of the boat ramp towards the first point.

I have no doubt we could have filled the smoker with some bows had we properly dressed.

There were others in the area catching with similar set ups

Sounds like some tough fishing conditions, especially not having any gloves or hats, thanks goodness for hoodies and pockets. No perch or were you just targeting the trout? Thanks for the report Lance.
