Hey guys, so I was actually the one who caught the walleye out of strawberry last week. I have the video linked for anyone who's interested in watching it. Not the greatest thing to see in strawberry, but it was still really fun sight-fishing this thing a few feet off the bank. And i'm glad I got it out of there.

Thanks for posting the great video! That was awesome the way you caught it. The tail looked red to me in the video, like the fish was stressed. Maybe it was recently released. Either way you removed it. Great job!
You should taxidermy that fish.

This was my suspicion as well. It also didnt have very much in it's stomach and was sitting super shallow in the middle of the day, which isnt normal walleye behaivoir. Either that or it's just an old tired fish. We'll probably never know.
Good job Backyard Boy! That was a nice piece of fishing and I am glad to see that fish out of there. I love to see a young buck like yourself out there carrying the torch for the next generation!

Thanks! And that's what it's all about! Carrying the torch until it's time to pass it on!
