I would guess this road is open. Does anyone know for sure?

Sheep Creek. OOPs

It's open, went that way the last two times I fished Strawberry. Fished out of the Renegade marina. If you go that way before daylight, watch out for the black angus cows on the road - and what they leave on the road.
