[cool] Wow, what a graet wife I have, she took me out to lindon today and helped me around the marina for about 2 hours. didn't catch anything had 2 bites though. they felt like white bass bites, it's kinda hard to set the hook leaning on crutches. I was a beutiful day to be out there. I didn't see anybody catch anything but a guy said he had caught a big ol carp. I didn't get to check the water temp. I fogot my water probe, dang.
the land owner of lindon (Mark) told me that the price for intrance was going to go up the first of june, he also said A.F. is also going up. well thats my first time, had a good time and now I'm sore, O'well thats the price you pay when your addicted to fishing like I am. I'm going to try and get out to lincoln beach next saturday with the wife. hopehully I can get my boat out. talk to you later, chuck

talk to a guy that fished lincon beach last week and took a 8 pound walleye threw the ice and several 12- 15 inchers so sounds like the boat might be a little further down the road but that good wife of yours can help ya hobble around out there good luck to you and keep a tight line.

Good to hear you are back in action, with this warm weather it won't be long before utah lake, willard and maybe deer creek will have open water. I was out to willard today looking at the open water in the north marina, there is also open water twenty around the lake on the north end.

I saw two boats in the water at Lincoln beach on Saturday afternoon. The ice was anywhere from 30 to 100 yards from shore. I have my little boy with me so didn't get much fishing done so I can't give you much of a report that way. The water was up to the boat ramp and look like easy access so if that helps get out there and enjoy, it may be safer than a snowmobile.

At Utah Lake just south of where the Provo River enters there is open water for several hundred yards and I'm sure it's getting wider by the day with this warm weather. This week is supposed to be 50s all week so I bet the majority of Utah Lake will have the ice come off by the weekend -- epecially if there's a bit of wind.

It has come up at least two feet and maybe three. The next time I go out there I'll have to mark the water line so I can see how much it is coming up. If they get the problem fixed with posting pictures I'll put the pictures up I took yesterday. WH2
