Crappie fishing is good on both Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley. The fish are moving into the bays and are taking minnows over 15' to 17' of water. Some are being caught on jigs but minnows are working best. Smallmouth are good on Kentucky Lake on jigs and jerkbaits along the gravel shore in the bays. They are staging before the spawn. Largemouth have improved and is good on Lake Barkley. Spinnerbaits and jerkbaits are catching most of the largemouth. Catfish and whitebass are slow.<br><br>www.kentuckylakebarkley.com
