I had my first bass on Jan 1 fishing a power plant lake. I had the boat out for the first time three weeks ago and have fished tournaments the past two weekends. The fish are pre spawn down here in MO and with the improving water temps. there should be a few fish on the beds in the next two weeks. The only better time to fish is fall when all they have on thier minds is "eat, eat, eat". It is going to be a good year.<br><br>
